Individual sound healing sessions are tailored to each person’s unique needs. In these 60-minute sessions, I work closely with the individual to focus on a particular area they wish to heal.
60 minute sessions04Group Sound Healing
We offer mini reboot and recharge sessions you can select from either 30 or 45 minute group sound healing. The instruments that I play are tuned to 432Hz frequency allowing you to instantly get into a state of relaxation.
Additionally, we offer 90 minute Sound Healing and Guided Meditation with Chakra rebalance sessions, that are uniquely tailored and channelled by spirit.

I’m Stojanka, the founder of "5 Rs BluePrint - Reverber8, Recalibr8, Revibr8, Reinvigor8, Rejuven8," where I offer daily 432Hz sound frequency healing tunes and coaching services to individuals, corporate groups and communities. Let me share a bit about my humble beginnings and how this journey began. My name was passed down from my great-great-grandmother, a natural-born healer in the 1800s in Macedonia. She was blessed with the unique ability to heal using her gifts, helping both people and animals in her village through natural remedies and the power of her hands.
The significance of a name is often overlooked, but for me, it carries profound meaning. As generations passed, my time had come to enter the world and it was my grandfather who insisted on naming me Stojanka in honour of his grandmother, believing that her legacy of healing would one day continue through me. It wasn’t until my 30s that I began to recognise this gift while exploring various healing modalities for myself. For the first three decades of my life, I relied on the fight-or-flight response, thinking this was the way life was meant to be lived. It wasn’t until my life coach told me, "Stojanka, if you don’t slow down, you’ll burn out," that I realised I needed to address this coping mechanism.
In my daily work, I focus on finding solutions to business challenges, which inspired me to apply that same framework I built to my mental wellbeing and shifting my mindset. I explored various healing modalities and was instantly drawn to sound healing. The frequencies produced by different instruments had a magical effect on my body, heart, and soul. This experience led me to participate in sound healing sessions and eventually to host them myself. The instruments I use, tuned to 432Hz, facilitate deep relaxation, allowing for the release and rejuvenation of not just the heart but also the soul.
